The final round: take an open brief from idea to a working, demoable product.
Part 3 rewards judgement. Teams receive an open-ended brief and have a weekend to design, build and present something that actually runs. Judging weighs working functionality most heavily, then technical depth, product thinking and the quality of the live demo. The overall TRIALATHON champion is decided by combined performance across all three parts.
